Features/Tasks
Each product gets its own help hub
Each product's help hub links to its release notes, QA test scenarios and help articles, with an optional introduction set on the Config page. The dashboard opens on a default product until a person picks another product.
Clearer product setup on the Config page
The Config page shows only the settings a product needs and offers a separate picker for each GitHub, Atlassian and WordPress connection. Save changes stays disabled until every problem listed under Before you can save is resolved.
Pick product settings from lists instead of typing
The Jira project, Confluence space, WordPress hub page and GitHub repositories are now picked from lists of what each connection can see, which avoids typos. A pasted GitHub address is checked against GitHub before the repository is added.
Clear setup checklist for products not ready yet
Products that are not ready to run show a checklist of what is missing and what to do on the Generate, Review and Publish pages. An Open Config button takes users straight to the product's settings.
All connections are managed on the Connections page
Every connection is added and managed on the Connections page. Each connection offers Replace credentials and Delete connection.
Help articles show annotated screenshots for each step
Annotated screenshots appear under the steps of five help articles, including Bringing in Changes and Publishing Approved Drafts. The sharper images replace older low-resolution ones and fit within the text column.
Clearer labels across the dashboard
The sidebar steps now read Generate, Review and Publish without numbers, joined by a line showing their order. Several labels are clearer, and a disabled Delete connection now explains what to do before it can be deleted.
Clearer screenshots in help articles
Help article screenshots use letters (A, B, C) that match lettered lists of named screen parts in the text. Images under a single step no longer show a redundant step number.
Updated help articles with step-by-step screenshots
Four help articles are rewritten for clarity: Finding Your Way Around, Bringing in Changes, Generating Drafts and Connecting Your Tools. Most steps now include a screenshot, and lettered labels are used throughout.
Easier-to-read screenshots in help articles
Letter and number stamps on help article screenshots are larger and have a soft shadow. Highlight boxes no longer overlap, so marked areas are easier to tell apart.
Documentation drafts show where screenshots belong
Documentation drafts on the Review card show existing screenshots and mark each missing one with a "Screenshot needed" box. A draft with missing screenshots stays unpublished until every screenshot exists, and published help pages are protected from overwriting edits.
Publish page reflects your product's destinations
The Publish page describes the destinations each product actually publishes to. Each card lists only the destinations that are switched on for that product.
